L&B Partners S.p.A. advised the Ellomay Group in the structuring of a €35.9 million multi-borrower project financing facility granted by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A..

L&B Partners S.p.a. provided financial advisory services with partner Rocco Giorgio and Sveva Iermano (vice president) to the listed Israeli group Ellomay Capital Ltd for the structuring of a multi-borrower loan from Mediocredito Italiano S.p.A. and Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.. They secured a total of €35.9 million for 5 solar energy companies controlled by the Ellomay Group, which own 6 photovoltaic plants operating in Italy with a total capacity of 17.3 MW.

For all legal aspects, the sponsor was assisted by Orrick with a team led by partner Carlo Montella, assisted by counsel Andrea Gentili and Pina Lombardi (the latter for administrative law aspects), including as well associate Simonetta Formentini, together with Ignazio D’Andria and Alberto Tedeschi.

Italian Mediocredito S.p.A. and Intesa Sanpaolo S.P.A. received legal advice from Grimaldi Studio Legale with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by managing partner Francesco Sciaudone and including Giuseppe Buono (senior associate) as finance advisor and project manager and Irene Amodeo (associate).
