L&B Partners S.p.A. advised the Veronagest Group in the structuring of a multi-borrower project financing loan totalling €190 million.

The Veronagest Group, a leader in the renewable energy sector, concluded a multi-borrower project financing transaction for 4 vehicle companies (owners of 4 wind farms operating a total of 144.6 MW) amounting to a maximum total amount of €190 million from a pool of banks including UniCredit, Natixis and BNP Paribas.

L&B Partners S.p.A. supported the sponsor with financial advice with a team composed of Partner Rocco Giorgio, assisted by Sveva Iermano (vice president) and Gianmarco Carella (senior analyst).

The sponsor received legal and fiscal advice respectively from law firms Macchi di Cellere Gangemi and Russo De Rosa Associati.

The law firm Legance provided legal advice to the pool of banks with lawyers Monica Colombera, Francesca Brilli, Anna Cappuccini, Stefania Serena Monghini, Claudia Gregori and Francesco di Bari.
