ENI gas e luce has signed an agreement with L&B Capital and Enventi for the purchase of a 70% stake in Evolvere, a company active in the distributed generation sector.

L&B Capital and Enventi were advised by L&B Partners S.p.A. and Rothschild & Co in all relevant financial matters. The L&B Partners S.p.A. team was led by Flavio Di Terlizzi and included Riccardo Ciurlanti, Claudia Grimaldi and Giovanni Marino. The Rothschild & Co team was led by Alessandro Bertolini Clerici and included Domenico Paglia and Luca Molinari.

ENI Gas e Luce was advised by Barclays as regards all financial aspects with a team led by Andrea Pederzoli.

Evolvere, according to a press release, has over 10,000 photovoltaic power plants in its portfolio, of which 8,000 under its ownership, amounting to a total installed capacity of approximately 54 MW.
