Andrea joined L&B Partners S.p.A. in 2026, as a Director in the generalist Debt Advisory division.
He mainly focuses on strategic corporate finance and raising capital in the private, domestic, and international capital markets (bonds, mini-bonds, Direct Lending & unitranche financing, junior debt, mezzanine financing, and convertible bonds – with warrants, or call options), underwritten by Private Debt funds, investment banks, and other players. He also deals with raising conventional or structured financing in collaboration with dedicated banking product teams (leveraged finance, structured capex, and project finance).
He has also gained experience in the field of ESG Finance, including sustainability-linked loans and bonds, green bonds and loans; and in the preparation of business plans, cash flow analyses, and sensitivity analyses for new financing transactions in support of expansion projects (acquisitions, investments in fixed assets or working capital – capex and acquisition facilities, asset-based lending,Senior and Super Senior RCFs).
Furthermore, he is also handles the reorganization of PFN and the renegotiation of bank and alternative financing facilities; the negotiation of the Term Sheet, the commercial terms of the loan agreement, and all documentation related to the financing (LMA, Italian Law, etc.) supporting the client throughout the execution phase.
Before joining L&B Partners S.p.A., he accrued experience in Debt Advisory within the Corporate Finance team at Andersen and, previously, at Ethica Group, having begun his career on the leveraged finance team at Crédit Agricole Italia.
