Paola Pellegrini joined L&B Partners S.p.A. in January 2026 and is responsible for the generalist Debt Advisory division at L&B.
Paola has over 20 years of experience in debt structuring: before joining L&B Partners, she spent six years working in project finance, structuring non-recourse loans in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors at BBVA – Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria in Milan, the Royal Bank of Scotland in Madrid, and Bankia; afterwards, she worked for around 10 years at BBVA’s Madrid office, structuring corporate lending and leverage finance transactions for the bank’s Corporate Investment Banking clients in the EMEA region.
At the end of 2019, she joined the corporate finance boutique Ethica Group as head of the leverage finance team, assisting private equity funds and companies in structuring and raising debt capital on the Italian market through the banking and private debt channels to support extraordinary transactions, growth initiatives or capital restructuring.
She subsequently established the Debt Advisory practice at Andersen Italy, developing debt advisory services for leading private equity funds and companies operating in the Italian mid-market, primarily in support of acquisition transactions.
Paola has handled more than 50 transactions as an advisor, with a total value exceeding €1.7 billion, across a range of sectors including food, fashion, industry and business services.
