Marcello Rizzo joined L&B Partners S.p.A. in November 2024 and is responsible for the Generalist Mid-Market M&A division at L&B.
Marcello has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance: before joining L&B, he worked at Alantra, Abaxbank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and Euromobiliare Corporate Finance.
Throughout his career, he has advised entrepreneurs, Companies, and private equity funds in sale, mergers and acquisitions transactions and restructuring processes. Marcello has also managed numerous cross-border transactions involving counterparts from European, USA and Far East countries. Marcello has handled more than 40 transactions worth more than 3 billion euros.
Marcello primarily focuses on M&A (Mid-Market) transactions. He has developed extensive experience across various industries, including fashion & apparel, retail, food, packaging, machinery, automotive, and pharma, providing specialized advisory services and tailored solutions for his clients.
