Ashurst and L&B Partners Avvocati Associati took part in the €48 million refinancing transaction concerning the wind farm owned by the company 4 New Monte Grighine, associated with the Ardian investment fund, comprising a total of 43 wind turbines located in Sardinia, with a total installed capacity of approximately 98.9 MW.

In the context of the transaction, Ashurst advised the credit institutions pool, which included Bnp Paribas acting as agent, structuring mandated lead arranger, mandated lead arranger and lender and Bnl acting as accounts bank. L&B Partners Avvocati Associati advised 4 New Monte Grighine as borrower.

Ashurst acted with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Carloandrea Meacci and including senior associate Nicola Toscano, associates Yasmina Tourougou and Fabrizio Bergo, partner Elena Giuffrè, assisted by trainee Riccardo Rao, for administrative law aspects and partner Michele Milanese in respect of tax matters.

L&B Partners Avvocati Associati acted with a multidisciplinary team led by managing partner Michele Di Terlizzi, which included senior associate Giuseppe Candela and junior associate Chiara Bertolini, tasked with the  negotiation of the financing documentation, as well as managing associate Alessandro Salzano and junior associate Angela La Marra for administrative law aspects.
