DLA Piper and L&B Partners Avvocati Associati acted as legal advisors in the €52.8 million financing granted by Unicredit to E11E, whose share capital is entirely owned by E2E, an operator in the renewable solar energy sector.

The financing transaction is predominantly aimed at financing part of the costs for the acquisition by E11E of renewable energy production initiatives located throughout Italy.

DLA Piper advised Unicredit with a team composed of partners Federico Zucconi Galli Fonseca and Giampiero Priori and lawyer Oreste Sarra, as well as Francesco Cerri and Eleonora Curti, who took care of the structuring and negotiation of the facility agreement and related documentation. Partners Andrea Di Dio and Federico D’Amelio handled the tax aspects of the transaction. Administrative law aspects were handled by partner Germana Cassar and lawyer Mattia Malinverni, whereas corporate details were overlooked by lawyer Silvia Ravagnani and Benedetta Cerantola.

The E2E group was advised by L&B Partners Avvocati Associati with a team led by the managing partner Michele Di Terlizzi, which included senior associate Giuseppe Candela and junior associate Carlo Maria Tealdo, tasked with the negotiation of the facility agreement and related documentation, as well as partner Pina Lombardi and managing associate Vincenzo Telera, entrusted with the relevant administrative aspects.

Notarial aspects were handled by Giovannella Condò and Stefania Anzelini from the notary office Milano Notai.
