Lawyer Davide Pelloso joins L&B Partners Avvocati Associati as partner and head of the corporate department.

The legal professional worked for seven years in the law firm Lombardi Segni e Associati. Previously, he had collaborated with a United States firm, where he was a visiting lawyer at their New York office, and with leading Italian law firms.

The new partner of L&B Partners Avvocati Associati has gained experience in extraordinary finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestments, investment agreements and joint ventures.

The professional also has strong expertise in ordinary and arbitration litigation.

During his career, he has worked alongside industrial groups, financial institutions and private equity funds, both in Italy and abroad, and he often supervised transactions in the renewable energy sector.
