L&B Partners S.p.A., L&B Partners Avvocati Associati and Paul Hastings collaborated in the joint venture between Swisspower Rinnovabili Idrowind S.r.l. and Dolomiti Derivazioni S.r.l.

L&B Partners S.p.A. and L&B Partners Avvocati Associati advised Dolomiti Derivazioni S.r.l. (a company owning 20 hydroelectric projects under construction with a total capacity of 32 MW) in the implementation of a joint venture agreement with the company Swisspower Rinnovabili Idrowind S.r.l., which belongs to the Swisspower Renewables group. Dolomiti Derivazioni S.r.l. acquired a 20% stake of Swisspower Rinnovabili Idrowind S.r.l. through a capital increase.

L&B Partners S.p.A. acted as financial advisor to Dolomiti Derivazioni S.r.l. with a team made up of partner Gianguido Arcangeli and senior analyst Domenico Magistri. L&B Partners Avvocati Associati acted as legal advisor to Dolomiti Derivazioni S.r.l. with a team made up of partner Michele Di Terlizzi assisted by associates Paolo Pisani, Alessandro Salzano and Federica Desiderato.

Paul Hastings advised Swisspower Rinnovabili Idrowind S.r.l. with partner Lorenzo Parola and the help of associates Paola Merati, Andrea Coluzzi and Giacomo Gavotti.
