During her studies, she attended for several months the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer (Deutsche Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften), conducting research for her dissertation in European Administrative Law entitled “The Precautionary Principle as a general principle of European Administrative Law and its application in Italian and German Law (also in light of the events surrounding genetically modified organisms)”.
