Carlo joined L&B Partners S.p.A. in 2018.
He has developed solid experience as a financial advisor in M&A and Project Financing transactions, in the renewable energy sector, for over 1 GW of installed capacity, and infrastructure.
He accrued specific expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling, process management, and support in technical and financial evaluations, with a focus on photovoltaic, wind, hydroelectric, biomethane, and energy efficiency projects, both operational and under construction or greenfield.
