She has gained extensive experience as a financial advisor in M&A transactions, both on the sell-side and buy-side.
She has honed specific expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling, process management, and business valuation.
During her studies, she gained international experience by attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA) as an Exchange Student, and the EM Lyon Business School (France) as part of the Erasmus+ Program.
Before joining L&B Partners S.p.A., she worked for five years within Andersen's M&A Advisory team.
