Serena Quaranta joined L&B Partners S.p.A. in January 2026 as a Partner in the Generalist Mid-Market M&A division.
Serena has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance: before joining L&B Partners, she worked in the valuation and corporate finance practice at Ernst & Young and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where she was the project manager for numerous national and international projects.
She subsequently coordinated Andersen Italia’s M&A Advisory practice, providing support on M&A transactions, from deal structuring to closing (buy-side/sell-side processes).
Serena mainly focuses on M&A transactions (Mid-Market). Throughout her career, she has advised Italian and international entrepreneurs, companies and private equity funds on divestments, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring processes.
Serena has handled more than 15 transactions as an advisor, with a total value exceeding €600 million, across a range of sectors including engineering, food, fashion and clothing, and energy transition, providing specialist advice and tailored solutions to her clients and supporting them throughout the entire sales process, from the assessment of strategic options through to the exit.
