L&B Partners Avvocati Associati announces the appointment of lawyer Pina Lombardi as partner of the administrative law department.

Lombardi gained over ten years’ experience in the international law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she coordinated the administrative law team of the Italian energy and infrastructure department.

Having specialised in administrative law, both in and out of court, she boasts founded experience in the field of acquisitions, financing and refinancing and has assisted numerous clients (both national and international) such as banks, sponsors, institutional investors, utilities and, in general, entities active in the energy production and distribution and energy efficiency sectors. Lombardi will also become head of the department dedicated to energy-related strategic projects.
