L&B Partners Avvocati Associati announces the appointment of Carmine Oncia as Partner, Head of the new Real Estate Department, and Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Department (alongside Partner Pietro Paolo D’Ippolito, who launched the department in 2024). 

The addition of Carmine Oncia marks a strategic milestone in the Firm’s growth path, significantly strengthening its ability to assist banks, funds, institutional investors, and industrial groups in highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions through an integrated approach combining finance and M&A.

Carmine Oncia boasts over twenty years of experience in real estate, project finance, and acquisition and leverage finance, with a proven track record in securitization, special situations and restructuring, debt capital markets, and private debt. Joining him at L&B Partners Avvocati Associati are Managing Associate Edoardo La Bionda and Associate Tommaso Palmiotti.

With these new additions, L&B Partners Avvocati Associati strengthens and complements its focus on real economy, adding a new area of excellence dedicated to the real estate market to its established expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors and other real asset sectors.
