Andrea joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026, as a Managing Associate in the Tax department.
He advises Italian and foreign clients, especially multinational groups and leading domestic companies, in numerous sectors, in relation to ordinary, extraordinary taxation and tax litigation matters.
He has also accrued experience in corporate taxation, in assisting and advising on the tax aspects of extraordinary transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, transfer/disposal of companies and business units), in the interpretation and application of EU regulations, as well as in the tax aspects of real estate purchases and sales. He also provides assistance and advice in transfer pricing matters (including the drafting of the transfer pricing file) as well as in bilateral and multilateral procedures such as APA and MAP.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked for leading Italian and international law and tax firms (DLA Piper, Hogan Lovells, Evershed Sutherland Associazione Professionale, Molinari Studio Legale).
