Antonella has been a Partner of L&B Partners Avvocati Associati since 2004 and is head of the Corporate Compliance and Data Protection & Privacy Department.
She has extensive experience in the field of Corporate Compliance (Legislative Decree 196/2003 on Privacy, Legislative Decree 81/2008 on Safety at work, Legislative Decree 231/2001 on corporate criminal liability).
She has structured Organizational, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 for important corporate groups and also chaired Supervisory Bodies. She has assisted numerous Health Authorities in adapting to privacy legislation.
