Michele joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2025.
He regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in matters related to administrative law, with particular reference to the energy & infrastructure sector, dealing with renewable and energy efficiency plant development projects, from the licensing stage to the construction, management, financing, refinancing, sale or acquisition of projects implementation and compliance with transparency provisions, access to administrative documents and records, public administration inaction and self-defense proceedings.
Michele also provides assistance in numerous other sectors, including environmental, construction and urban planning law.
He also handles litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts in environmental and waste management matters, development of renewable energy plants, access to public incentive schemes, and obtaining environmental and administrative permits and authorizations. Furthermore, he has also gained experience in proceedings before the High Court of Public Waters (TSAP) and Civil Courts.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked for leading international law firms.
