Nunzio joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026.
He focuses on M&A transactions (both in the private equity and industrial sectors) and extraordinary corporate transactions, as well as corporate governance. He has also accrued experience in managing the financing aspects of M&A transactions and in drafting commercial contracts.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in drafting all necessary documentation for the completion of M&A transactions (such as, for example, term sheets and letters of intent, due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, reinvestment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, management agreements, escrow agreements, incentive schemes, minutes of shareholders’ meetings and board meetings, articles of association, shareholder loans, as well as all ancillary and related documentation).
In 2024, he attended an advanced training course on company financial reporting for lawyers involved in extraordinary transactions.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked at a leading Italian law firm.
