Davide regularly advices Italian and foreign clients in (national and cross-border) Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A transactions and corporate reorganization operations. He also provides commercial and corporate contracts and opinions.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked for leading Italian law firms. He spent his last year of university at the University of Sydney, Australia as an Exchange Student where he attended, among others, courses in Corporate Law and Equity & Trust.
