Maria Gabriella joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026, as part of the Tax department.
She advises on M&A, mergers, demergers, private equity and venture capital transactions.
She advises Italian and foreign clients, especially domestic and international companies, in managing tax matters including those related to incentive plans and stock options.
She also provides advice in generational transitions, on preferential tax regimes for impatriates and flat tax, and in the management of art assets and philanthropic projects.
In addition, she advises on VAT for domestic and international transactions, structuring VAT groups, and managing registration taxes and local taxes.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, she worked for leading Italian law and tax firms (Studio Rocco Associati SRA, Belluzzo International Partners, Tremonti Partners, Molinari Studio Legale).
