Irene joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026, as Partner in the Tax department.
She has gained extensive experience in managing complex pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, both domestic and cross-border, as well as in preparing tax rulings, APAs, and MAPs.
She advises clients in developing proactive tax risk management models, structuring corporate welfare systems and management incentive plans, and addressing issues related to individual taxation and the management of large estates, including matters pertaining to the relocation of tax residency and generational succession.
She also provides assistance in the areas of transfer pricing, extraordinary transactions, and real estate.
She advises Italian and international clients, including corporate groups, banks, investment funds, family offices, and private clients.
She is the author of numerous publications on tax matters and regularly speaks at conferences, master’s programs, and specialized training courses.
Irene is a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association) and ANTI (National Association of Italian Tax Professionals) and participates in the work of the Taxation Working Group of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, she worked for leading Italian and International law and tax firms (Chiomenti, and Studio Legale Associato in association with Simmons & Simmons LLP).
