Ottavia joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026, as Partner and Head of the Tax department.
She boasts extensive experience in tax law with a particular focus on tax advice in domestic and international M&A and leveraged buy-outs, private equity, corporate taxation, international taxation and structured finance.
She deals with tax litigation and has accrued significant experience in dealing with tax authorities (e.g., APA, MAPA, tax assessment with adhesion, and petitions for appeals).
In addition, she has advised on real estate transactions, extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganizations.
She assists Italian and foreign clients, especially corporate groups, investment funds, family offices and private clients.
Ottavia is a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association) and a member of the board of statutory auditors of Borsa Italiana, Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M., FSI SGR, Prysmian Treasury and other companies, financial intermediaries and foundations (including Genextra, DiaSorin Foundation). In addition, she is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of La Doria, Nice and Evoca Group and is a Sole Auditor of Cypress Holding (Otis Group) and a member of the Supervisory Board of Telethon Foundation.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, she worked for leading Italian law and tax firms (Di Tanno Associati, Molinari Studio Legale).
