Elena joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2020.
She has acquired considerable experience in the field of intellectual property, competition and advertising, working since the beginning of her career at leading Italian and international law firms (Vanzetti e Associati, Lombardi e Associati, BonelliErede).
She regularly provides assistance and legal defence in the context of complex proceedings (including when seeking injunctive or protective relief) before IP specialized courts, also supporting clients in the pre-litigation phase and in the negotiation and drafting of complex settlement agreements. She also has extensive experience in consultancy and out-of-court assistance to national and international companies in a variety of sectors.
