Fausta is an Associate in the IP & Technology department of L&B Partners Avvocati Associati.
She has experience in industrial and intellectual property, IT, unfair competition, unfair business practices, civil and commercial law with significant experience in the Life Sciences and Retail sectors. She assists Italian and international clients, mainly in non-contentious matters, in the study and implementation (drafting and negotiating all relevant agreements) of initiatives aimed at the creation, management and exploitation of intangible assets, providing legal assistance in all phases of the research and development and technology transfer processes. In the retail field, she advises clients with respect to legal issues and negotiations related to the establishment and management of retail networks (including franchising, licensing and distribution agreements).
She has also gained in-house experience through secondments aimed at providing direct strategic legal support within business development, technology transfer and legal teams of leading pharmaceutical, mechanical companies and research and healthcare groups.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2022, she worked for several years with leading Italian and international law firms (Baker & McKenzie, Gianni & Origoni, Bird & Bird).
