Valentina joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2020, as Partner and head of the IP & Technology and Competition, Communication and Advertising Departments.
She has extensive experience in the management of complex cases for Italian and international clients, both regarding litigation and out-of-court cases, in the field of industrial and intellectual property (with particular focus on patents in all sectors, know-how, trademarks, design, copyright), unfair competition, unfair commercial practises, misleading and comparative advertising, civil and commercial law, in a large variety of sectors.
In particular, in out-of-court proceedings, she regularly assists clients in the ordinary management of their business activities, as well as in extraordinary transactions that involve IP rights (also in private equity and venture capital contexts) and in all phases of the technology transfer process of knowledge and innovations from research to the market, also through the creation of start-ups, spin-offs or strategic alliances, drafting and negotiating all relevant agreements.
In litigation contexts, she has extensive experience in complex and high-profile proceedings, even across multiple jurisdictions, before the Italian judicial authorities, industry authorities and in arbitration sessions.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, she worked for several years at leading Italian and international law firms (Vanzetti e Associati, Lombardi e Associati, BonelliErede).
